Alistair was sitting in the kitchen, nibbling on some cheese while rolling about a glass in his hands. He looked up to see Hikaru coming through the door with a young man and grinned, "Well well. It's been a while, Hiku. How have you been doing and who's your little friend?"

"Well hello Maghai." He put out a hand and blinked, "Uhm ... your sister made note with the guards that her brother was here but ... well ... you're blond." When he'd read the guest list from the night before, as anyone who was staying anywhere even near the palace had to be registered, he had noticed Jezarine's writing and had wondered about this brother but this was not what he had expected.

"Oh no. I'm like Mom and Jez is like Dad. I wonder where Jez is." He looked about the kitchen and noticed hot buns and rushed towards the table with them only to get a spoon to the hands as he tried to grab one. He simpered and gave the cook huge puppy eyes and blubbered like a child.

Maghai looked back at Hiku, his eyes big pools of sadness then he sniffed and wiped his nose on his sleeve near his elbow, "I'm really hungry. May I have a bun and some food? My friend, Hikaru is hungry too. And we're thirsty."
