Tiger tiger on the tile

Even though you made a good obstacle course you definitely made us smile.

Sounds silly I know but I wanted to mention about our Tiger. We got him from my father-in-law just over a year ago in bad shape and were able to get him into better shape. He was such a fun cat and a real sweetheart.

Last Thursday he went into a hypo-glycemic shock which we were able to get him out of and he was starting to get better. Then on Sunday he got worse and died just before 7pm last night.

So I'm pretty messed up right now. He was an adorable cat even when he did get into any food left on the counters. That poor defenseless loaf of bread, cookies, doughnut, lettuce, sandwich, croissant, soup ... you get the idea. *sigh*

I'm going to miss him.

I'm sorry Ny. They say the loss of a pet hurts more than the loss of someone in your family. Your pet was always there for you and you know the love was always there. Remember the good things and lock his memory in your heart. Go forward but never forget the past.

Aw he looks like my cat Milo . He's getting on in years too, It'll be a shame when he goes.

Oh, the poor thing. At least he was happy with you, especially if he was in bad sorts when you got him, and it sounds like you did all you could to try and help him recover.

Never feel silly about mourning the loss of a pet. A life is a life, and it was still a life that was precious to you.

Thank you everyone and sorry for being so long at answering all of this, or anything in that matter. It's been a rough fibro time lately and it's been difficult even getting myself going for work.

Tiger was a good cat and I am glad that we had him for the last part of his life. I never feel ashamed of saying I mourn for my kitties. I love them so much. It's a good thing I found a man who loves animals as well as I'd never have stuck with someone who did not.

The other three are acting a bit strange. Well, Akane and Vash are. Sasami is just coming downstairs more often, the tailless little teenager acting wench. She's so cute but man what a cat-itude. It's all good now though. Some healing has been done and life goes on.
